"When I arrived, the reception office was closed, but I rang the number and somebody was there within a minute. I was given my keys and I went to my room. The only downside to the rooms that the TV was on the side wall with a swiveling bracket. Was ok, but had to watch the TV at an angle, which was a bit annoying. It was also set very high up. "I only stayed at The Grosvenor 2 nights. I didnt find the guest house as advertised. There were weeds growing on the outside steps. The room was so so. "Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. "
