Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), flowers and trees, courtyard. Arbour (12 m2), terrace (5 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery 3 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 4 km. Tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
4-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds. Living room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, TV, radio and CD-player.
