"What a loveley place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was a real treat, the bed was enormous and so comfy we slept really well. After exploring the city all day on foot a hot soak in the jacuzzi bath was perfect. Every body was welcoming, breakfast had a good choice well cooked and presented. We ate in the top floor bar our first night and the food was excellent and not expensive at all. "

"Excellent service. It shows they have a rigorous training program. The rooms are clean. The furniture in the room is dated, not really 5 star material, but it doesn’t matter much when you receive such excellent service. Highly recommend it!"

"We were passing through, the third time we sleep at the hotel. Equally fantastic treatment, fast service, available staff. For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "This hotel is located right by the beach, a bit more outside of Durres city center, it is ideal if the purpose of your visit is to be by the beach, not so ideal if you want to go to Durres city center, as you need to take a bus or taxi, as it is a bit of a walk around Durres port. "Had a pleasant 2 night stay -clean, good location and comfortable. At first, we were a little upset with a few mistakes made by the hotel. One being the hotel didn’t respond to our enquiry a month beforehand but, the reception lady was kind enough to offer us a free upgrade to one of their best rooms which made up for it. "The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!"

You need to book this hotel!

"A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The pool was amazing, the food delicious and cocktails always hit the spot! The hotel also has a private beach which is a very short walk through the grounds and is clean. Only downside was the beach bar was closed during our stay which was a shame. "

Not bad, should be better with disabled people

"Not bad nice room but no fridge. WIFI GOOD. My son has a disability and makes a lot of noise. Inevitably someone has to come to tell me he is noisy - I know, I've lived with it for 18 years I experience it closer than other people. Accept that some people are louder than others and can't help it, such as babies."
