They are totally isolated, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is well equiped with everything you need. We spent a lovely week. Château de la Roche is worth a visit, as well as Lyon easily reachable by train from Tarare a town half an hour away from the gîte. ."

"What an amazing surprise! This is the perfect holiday base in the countryside yet only a 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Montbrison. The Gite is beautifully appointed, exquisitely decorated, extremely comfortable with all modern conveniences, and in a relaxing, tranquil setting. "A rustic luxe property with superb service in grand European style. The grounds are beautiful and the spa is fabulous. The chef’s menu choices in the restaurant are masterfully prepared and served with grace and elegance along with a lovely selection of wines. This is a place to lose yourself in decadent pampering and peace. Thank you, Château de Bagnols, for a delightful experience. "
