In the main square of old Royat, you can find this magnificent medieval church, which will cut you off from everything which is very pleasant. You will also be a few meters from Royat park and its famous thermal center.

Appartement très bien décoré, chaleureux et très bien placé, certains materiels auraient besoin d'être remplacés.

Location bien placée à Royat. Appartement pour 3 personnes et non 4 compte tenu du canapé qui est un 1 place et demi. Le matelas est plus large que le canapé lit donc nous avons du le mettre par terre. Les ressorts du canapé et le lit par terre n'aide pas à se reposer après les randos ! Ménage pas fait ! Cacahuète sous le canapé. Trace de dentifrice sur les verres de la salle de bain. Fond des toilettes entièrement marron ! Cheveux par terre. Plats dans le four sales.... Etc Dommage

Location avec du cachet mais qui gagnerait à s'améliorer. Environnement calme, plaisant
Un effort doit être fait sur la propreté (four très sale, sol, frigo, cage d'escalier). Il manque un balai + pelle voire un petit aspirateur. Matelas d'appoint à changer car état très limite. Canapé peu confortable. Tuyau douche fuit. Poignée fenêtre cassée. Dommage car l'appartement a du cachet. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Sinon coin sympa et très tranquille. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle région
