Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming, renovated 48 m² flat for rent in Royan, less than 300 m from Le Chay beach and Foncillon beach. Can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a residence (with lift), it consists of a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom. Bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, washing machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 20m² south-east-facing balcony equipped with two sun loungers, a table for four (extendable) with four chairs and cosy seating area with small sofa. Each room (living room/kitchen and the two bedrooms) has direct access to the balcony.

The flat is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Plage du Chay and Plage de Foncillon 300m away (surfing, sailing, sand yachting, etc.)
- Royan's major thalassotherapy centre: THALAZUR ROYAN 250 m away
- La Courbe forest 20 km away

Transport :
Street parking available, no charge around the residence. Royan has only one paying car park, at the market. All parking spaces are free and in the blue zone. Make sure you put your parking disc on!

- Nearest airport: Rochefort Charente-Maritime airport, 36 km away

Un séjour très agréable
Nous sommes venus pour un séjour de 3 jours afin de découvrir Royan,. L'appartement est bien situé, pas loin de la plage, dans un quartier calme mais pas loin du centre. Il est trè.s bien équipé, meublé et décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable

Un plus pour les petites intentions transmise par la propriétaire ( petits chocolats de royan, un pack brossé à dent à dispo des petits savons à dispo) Le logement se situe à 5 min maximum à pieds du port et de l'entrée des halles de royan."

L'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable et décoré avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour parfait. Sa situation nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville, avec toutes les activités à proximité. Nous sommes repartis avec des beaux souvenirs. Merci encore pour le séjour et les attentions ??
