Contemporary 3-star 68 m² apartment on 1st floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet, secure condominium, ideally located 50 m from the Grande Conche beach in ROYAN, a stone's throw from the seafront and downtown shops.
It comprises a 23 m² living/dining room (with sofa and flat-screen TV) opening onto a large south/west-facing covered terrace (14 m²), a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer), a bedroom (with 2 single beds), a bedroom (160cm bed + cupboards), a shower room and separate wc.
A private, secure parking space is at your disposal.
For the duration of your stay, forget your car and do all your activities on foot or by bike (rental nearby), very pleasant rental!

CLOSE TO THE BEACH - TERRACE - PRIVATE PARKING - WIFI ACCESS

Nearby activities: beach club, boating (boat and jet ski hire), visit to Cordouan lighthouse, surf school, thalassotherapy, tennis club, casino, golf and riding school (St Palais s/mer 7km), La Palmyre racecourse and zoo (17km).

Super bien placé au centre de tout
Super conforme aux photos, très agréable appartement avec loggia extérieure utilisable tout temps. Bien équipé et moderne, très proche de la plage de la grande conche et du centre, pas de mauvaise surprise.

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé avec un gros bémol sur la fermeté du lit double ! Déception sur le manque de luminosité au premier étage et fortes odeurs de cuisson venant de l’arrière du restaurant et du balcon de l'appart voisin. Bien sur cette remarque n'est peut être pas duplicable aux 3 autres appartements de la résidence... Contact agence sympathique et professionnel.
