fully enjoyed our three nights, service was good, rooms where clean, dinning was excellent, and not to far to walk into the town, breakfast was served to us , we are used to getting our own, but this did work out ok, and upon leaving, we re booked for next year.

Loved it here, the food is exceptional!.. The room was very clean and tidy and all staff go above and beyond to be welcoming.. The one and only downside is the music was really loud in the bar, unfortunately it was the night we stayed that there was also a big party downstairs partying until 11pm!.. But don't let this out you off as it really is a very unique place to stay

Great place to stay.
This is a great themed pub, hotel , the staff are friendly and on the ball , even showing you to your room . My room was clean and even carried on the Wild West theme . The food was a little limited, but is was a cowboy/ cowgirl place so I guess they eat a lot of burgers.

Right from check-in, staff were friendly and helpful. Riley took on my query about payment resolving the issue and satisfactorily explained the discrepancy between my app and his system. He took our bags to our room and ensured all was well. This excellent customer service by all staff members continued throughout our two night stay. A particular shout out to the smiley singing lady who made up our room. The room was clean and comfortable, nice big shower and good facilities. We would stay again.

It’s very quirky and the theme is continuous. The rooms and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. Parking is easy & free for hotel guests. Every single member of staff we spoke to, whether bar, waiting staff, Manager and the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again. The included breakfast is delicious too!

Fabulous
Lovely themed place, we did an evening event on the Spa Valley Railway and wS 2 minutes walk, no worries about parking. Food was great both meals in restaurant and breakfast. If you suffer with being hot, suggest you use the supplied fan

Blown away. Loved our stay
Wow, the rooms where amazing. The decor was fantastic. Tied in with the cowboy theme. Equipped with everything for your stay. Beds were so comfy. Bathroom sower was excellent . So clean. Absolutely loved our stay

Our room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed in it. Staff were efficient and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay overnight at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was freat. Cannot fault this hotel. Had a car park too.

The decor of pub is stunning and the staff very attentive,also the breakfast very good and plenty choices. Cross the road is woods with footpaths where i had a good walk is also a garden centre near by where i found beautiful gifts.exellent weekend trip for me.❤

A great stay
We had a fantastic stay. Our introduction to the UK was rough as part of our luggage did not arrive for 2 days. The staff were so supportive and accomodating. Our room was cozy and the western theme was charming. Easy walking to the Pantiles and a huge grocery store right behind the property. We loved sitting on the back patio sipping beer.
