This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental cabin in Royal sits right on the banks of the Ouachita River and offers a dock for you to tie your boat up each night. After fueling up with a hearty breakfast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, lather on the sunscreen and hit the water! To unwind, sit out on the deck and throw something on the BBQ.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The property is beautiful and quite. Water access is challenging as far as kayaking but fishing is great. Close and convenient to Hot Springs. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Cabin
This was such a relaxing, amazing experience. We came for our honeymoon and it was absolutely PERFECT! We loved the cabin and the access to the dock. We fished every single day almost all day. It was everything we were looking for and we appreciate it so much! Tha k you for the experience!

Great view of the lake
We loved the location of this property. Hardly anyone passed in front of the dock and the fishing was great in that area. Also, we had a great time using the kayaks that are there. There is a bit of a climb to get to and from the dock and house but you can expect that with most properties in the same location. The house had everything we needed.

Great house by the lake that was tucked away from town. There is another bigger rental house next door, but we had no issues. House is well stocked. Bathroom is super small, but we made it work. VRBO had higher fees, so book through Evolve.

Nice spot to relax after a busy day
The description and previous reviews were spot on. There were more things available to us than I expected (campfire forks, kitchen items as examples) which was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. When I discovered measuring spoons and cups missing, the owners were incredibly quick to get some over to the house even though it wasn't urgent to me. Little things like that make a good stay a great stay.

Bathroom could be bigger, not much room to move. Lots of extras cleaning supplies, plenty of dishes. 1 complaint extra linens was in main bedroom dresser which took up the room we needed. Too many remotes. Over all wonder place to stay.

Beautiful cabin!!!
The cabin was beautiful and had everything you could ask for. We left Belgian waffle mix and some syrup the waffle maker was awesome!! Long walk down to the river so if you have bad knees or are disabled and you want to fish this isn’t the spot for you. We caught catfish bream and white bass right off the dock. But overall we got our workout in!! Over 75 steps coming up from the water but it was beautiful!!!

Nice place. Not too far from Hot Springs. Very clean, cool, comfortable. I only gave property manager communication two stars because I never spoke to property manager. They use Evolve. I won’t be booking another property where I can’t easily speak to the owner. It’s just personal preference. Evolve did fine. They answered my questions.
