Cozy Cottage on Lake Hamilton w/WiFi

Peaceful, private and cozy cottage with view of the Lake Hamilton's main channel. Sit on the large deck, take a walk along the rolling hills or kayak on beautiful Lake Hamilton. We recently updated our master bedroom with Arkansas grown cedar made king size bed along with 2 cedar nightstands. We also updated our dining table to Arkansas cedar made beautiful table with 4 cedar made chairs. Fully furnished kitchen, AC and electric heat, wood stove, outdoor grill, and linens. Additionally, a trundle bed is provided in the main living area that consists of (2) twin size beds that have Serta 4" memory foam mattresses or combined to make a queen size sleeping arrangement.
Smoking policy as of 9-11-20 - we are now allowing smoking outside only (cigarettes, cigars, vaping only). We do have an ash tray on the porch to dispose of cigarette/cigar butts. There is still NO SMOKING allowed inside the cottage - if there is any evidence of smoking (smell, burns, etc.) inside the cottage, there will be additional charges.
We do accept small dogs- if you have a larger animal, please get approval before booking. Our pet fee is $30 per stay. If you are bringing a service animal, please notify us.
Please note - Lake Hamilton is regulated by Entergy therefore we have no control over debris/trash that may float into cove. Also, this lake is lowered around the first of November to allow for owners to make repairs to docks/seawalls & to control algae. The lake is brought back up around the first of March.
