"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Lovely town full of activities. I would consider this a party version of Piran in Slovenia. Rovinj is the young, hip & happening beach scene, whereas Piran would be a more sedate, elegant, quiet beach getaway. Both are beautiful and great.

Amazing food, great shopping and not too crowded. Wish we had time to checkout the beaches but unfortunately arrived in the evening and left early morning

Needs a serious upgrade to attract the right tourists and to make guests of the hotel feel like they got their money's worth In addition, the hotel's beach is so basic whereas the "fancy beach" of Monte Mullini is available only to the Monte guests.
