Cute Istrian house with pool, located just a short drive away from Rovinj. In its nicely decorated interior with rustic details and wooden beams. This villa can accommodate 6 guests. On the first floor you can find fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living area, all in one, and a separate toilet. From the ground floor there is direct access to the garden with private pool. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a private bathroom, while further 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on the ground floor.

Next to the swimming pool there is a terrace with outside dining table and barbecue, perfect for preparing specialties with your family and friends. The house is air conditioned, has WiFi and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday.
