Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. Igor's apartment is a great place to stay in Rovinj. The location in old town is perfect, everything is right out your door. The apartment is set up to make you feel like you are at home so you get to experience living like a local. High-end vacation!
Great stay at Igor's apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment was as described. We had a last-minute delay in our travel plans, which caused us to arrive late in the evening from another town. Igor helped us arrange an amazing driver and had someone meet us at 11 PM to greet us at the apartments. We couldn't have asked for more!

Brilliant service!
The apartment is in the heart of the old town which was great to have the best restaurants nearby. We parked at a free parking lot and used the transfer golf cart service Igor recommended which brought us right to the doorstep in Old Town. Couldn’t have been easier. The apartment was nicely furnished per the pictures. The couch was a nice place to relax along with the fireplace which can be used with or without heat which was a nice feature. The washer/dryer worked really well (one wash pod is provided so if you need more, plan ahead). We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

We were very happy with Igor’s apartment for our 6 day stay. It was beautifully decorated and very modern. The location in the old city was excellent but also very quiet for sleeping.
