"Very nice family hotel, well located just minutes from Rovinj, to where you can go with a sea-taxi that stops in a special hotel dock. Convenient, as it offers plenty of sport activities (tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, assorted water sports) on-site. It is mainly a family resort though, not the best choice for a romantic getaway for couples. "

"The All Suite Hotel shares facilities with the Hotel Istra. A lot depends on what you are expecting. The island does get local people use the 'beach area' but we enjoyed the quieter 'Red island' which is a short walk over the causeway. Some sunbeds are available on the flat areas of rocks although access to the sea is limited/with caution. Breakfast in the Historical Castle was a delight and evening meals could also be had there.
