CUVI Holiday House with Gardenis a 3star Apartment.It is located in Rovinj 2 kmfrom town centre and in 10minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 90m2 and terraceis40m2. The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the hallway on the first floorand the other air conditioner is located in the living room on the ground floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist geräumig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rovinj kann man von hier aus über den Weg am Meerufer sehr gut erreichen.
