I am pleased to welcome You in our beautiful and nicely furnished app.where you can enjoy your vacation in Rovinj.The app.consist of a hallway which connects two large,green and pink bedrooms.they have an additional kitchen and toilette.Furthermore the app also consist of a main kitchen and living room which are both connected,spacious and relaxing.The kitchen is very modern and useful for preparing all sorts of food.The living room has a TV with international programs.From the living room You may enter the terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic sea and romantic sunset.The app has a wireless internet connection.One in the week the towels and sheets are changed.The app is situated on the first floor of a family house in a quiet neighborhood.Parking place are available near the house.Moreover,the beaches are 700-800m awey of the app and the citty centre 1km.I will be glade to help you with all the information needed like suggesting the nicest beaches,sightseeing,restaurants...See You soon!

Super
Our stay with Dolores was perfect. The apartment was fabulous and spotless clean. It was located in a rural and traditional part of Rovinj with tranquil and super views. Dolores and her family were so helpful, kind and friendly, the made us feel welcome and part of there family. The garden area with the hot tub and seating areas was peaceful and private. Location was only a shot walk into the old town of Rovinj, we will be back to these apartments and will recommend them to friends and family. Over all an excellent apartment and owner. Was sad to say farewell as it was like leaving family behind. Thank you so much for ur hospitality Dolores, until the next time, bye

Nice place to stay
Dolores was very kind. Our return flight was late evening. As she had no bookings the next day, Dolores very generously let have the use of the apartment until our taxi Arrived. The location was very rural, though not too far from a beach. The walk into town was about 15 mins. The apartment has two decent sized bedrooms each has its own small shower room. A pleasant veranda from which to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding county side.The jacuzzi was not as private as Advertised. Though it was for our sole use it was unfortunately situated in the rear garden of the family .

Great Apartment
We stayed at Dolores' apartment for 2 weeks and loved it. Situated on the edge of town it is very quiet. Great views over the countryside in the morning for breakfast on the balcony. But only 10 mins walk into town and the lovely old city. Beaches to the north are walking distance from the apartment. We hired bikes and travelled far and wide. Facilities all good. We used the BBQ on the only night it rained! Dolores and her family were super, friendly and helpful and gave us fruit and vegetables from their garden. We would recommend the apartment and Rovinj to anyone looking to explore Istria.

Our host was very friendly, the apartment was really nice, clean and spacious. Great location, good parking. Just about 10 min. walk to town. We had a fabulous time. All in all a very successful stay.

Nice apartment, nice location, wonderful host
We hugely enjoyed our stay in the apartment on the outskirts of Rovinj. It is located in walking distance to both old town and beach (the walking distances were ok for our 8-year-old) and there are several beaches to choose from. The apartment itself is situated on the top floor, the owners live below. The jacuzzi and outside barbecue was for our sole use and felt quite secluded and private. The apartment itself has two large bedrooms and a good size living/dining area - perfect for up to 4-5 people (we were two adults, one child) - and is generally very well-equipped and clean. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony which features views of the sea and woodlands. As it is north-facing and has a solid, it never gets any direct sun and is quite cool which we found to be very pleasant in the heat. The owner, Dolores Poljak, gave us a very warm welcome and made our whole stay very pleasant. She always responded very quickly to all our enquiries and was incredibly warm and helpful. We will happily come back!

Rovinj as its best
Es gibt Tage in Istrien, wo es regnet oder man nach einer tollen Wanderung nach Hause kommt und seine Muskeln in diesem wunderbaren Whirlpool entspannt. Für uns gab es nichts schöneres. Der Weg nach gutem Abendessen in der traumhaften Stadt Rovinj war schön, um noch einen Wein auf der schönen Terrasse zu trinken. Er dauert schon 20 min., für uns genau richtig. Immer einen Parkplatz und so liebevolle und sofort kommuniziernde Gastgeber. Viel Platz, gutes Fernsehen, in der Küche alles da. Die Fotos stimmen genau. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, 2 Badezimmer waren sehr schön! Und an die Betten, die etwas knarren, gewöhnt man sich schnell.

Entspannen in Rovinj
Die Unterkunft, Privathaus in 2. Etage mit Blick auf das Meer etwa 600 m entfernt, ist ideal für Ruhesuchende. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß - Wohn- und große Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei kleine weiteren Küchen, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, eine weitere Toilette mit Dusche. Die Eigentümerin Dolores ist sehr nett. Spricht kroatisch, was natürlich ist, und englisch. Deutsche Sprache nur wenig. Uns hat es sehr gut in der Wohnung und in der Stadt gefallen. Das Zentrum der Stadt ist 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles, was ein Tourist von Istrien erwartet, ist in der Stadt. Einfach eine Perle. Kunst, Kultur, sehr gutes Essen und vieles mehr. Wunderschön ist Essen in einer der unzähligen Restaurants am Meer, ca. 1,5 m über dem Meeresspiegel, mit einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Preise in den Restaurants sind ähnlich wie in Deutschland. Aber Fisch ist einfach sehr gut-nachts gefangen und am Abend zubereitet. Wir können dieses Domizil nur empfehlen.

Entspannung, Komfort und Atmosphäre
Wir hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage in der Hauptsaison mit der ganzen Familie in Rovinj und danken unserer Gastgeberin Dolores für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Stadt, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar und der Whirlpool ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Vor allem haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon genossen. Vielen Dank für den Service und die super ausgestattete große Wohnung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und kommen selbst sehr gern wieder.

Really nice place
The apartment was really nice. We had one large balcony which we used a lot in the mornings. We had also access to a nice garden with a jacuzzi and a barbecue. The apartment is very close to a nice beach. 10 minutes walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment

Ein Ort zum Entspannen
Die Wohnung ist sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet, perfekt für eine Familie. Einzig eine Waschmaschine und heißes Wasser in der Küche haben wir vermisst. Die Lage ist ist super für Strand- und Stadtbesuche, alles zu Fuß mit nicht mehr ganz so kleinen Kindern gut erreichbar. Balkon und Whirlpool tragen zur Entspannung zu Hause bei, ebenso Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren, wenn es heiß wird. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Urlaub, wie er sein soll
Schöne große Wohnung -alles da, was man/frau braucht - blitzsauber - sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Das Highlight für uns war der überdachte Balkon - unser persönlicher "Elfenbeinturm" :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Aufenthalt in Rovinj
Wir waren mit 4 Personen in diesem Objekt. Die Vermieter sind absolut nett und hilfsbereit. Problemlose Kommunikation. Das Objekt ist funktionell, ohne übertriebenen Luxus. In der Wohnung ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Wohnküche verfügt über Klimaanlage und eine riesigen Kühlschrank. Sehr wichtig. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Eindruck über die Betten kann nur subjektiv sein. Ich persönlich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen. Unten im Garten gibt es eine Dusche und einen Whirlpool. Das haben wir bei 32 Grad regelmäßig genutzt und auch dort im Garten gesessen. Da in Rovinj sehr wenig Parkplätze in der Innenstadt vorhanden sind, empfehle ich ein Taxi zu nehmen. Eine Fahrt kostet um die 6 Euro. Aber so kann man den Abend entspannt in der Altstadt verbringen. Zu Fuß ist man ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten unterwegs. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt die Konoba Tuguria. Dort gibt es Spanferkel und andere leckere Sachen. In der Altstadt kann man das LaBoca sehr empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns bei Dolores und ihrer Familie für die schönen Tage dort.....

Sehr schöne Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub
wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad ist für eine Familie schon toll. Außerdem waren wir bei den heißen Temperaturen froh über die Klimanalage. Als besonderen Luxus haben wir den Whirlpool empfunden. Dolores ist eine gute Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schönes großes Appartement in Stadtnähe
In privater Vermietung günstig gelegenes Appartement mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmer. Klimaanlage für Küche/Wohnzimmer. Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick sowie alleinige Gartennutzung mit Whirpool und Grillmöglichkeit. Zur Stadt sind es etwa 15-20 Gehminuten, zum Strand 10-15 Gehminuten. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ideal für Familien zur Selbstverpflegung um verschiedene Aktivitäten in der Region zu starten. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin (Dolores) ist sehr nett und steht bei Fragen gerne zu Verfügung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Eine geräumige Wohnung und super freundliche Hosts
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien geeignet durch die zwei getrennten Zimmer und Bäder. Der Balkon ist super zum essen. Tagsüber schön im Schatten und am abend kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die vorhandene Schaukel haben wir direkt umfunktioniert und unsere Federwiege von zuhause mitgebracht. So konnte die 3 Jährige mit der vorhandenen Schaukel und das Baby dann schön dort schlafen. Der Whirlpool ist super für die kleinen Kinder, denen das Meer etwas zu kalt ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend vorhanden, sodass man alles kochen kann. Dolores ist eine super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist stadtrandruhig, aber in den angegebenen Zeiten ist man in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Die nächsten Strände muss man mit Rad oder Auto anfahren. Zu Fuß mit allem Strandequipment als Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht machbar. Wenn wir nochmal nach Istrien fahren, dann sicher wieder zu Dolores. Denn die Wohnung ist auch mit großen Kindern gut machbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Ein super Urlaub in Rovinj
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren zehn Tage in diesem Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Ein großer Balkon wo man wunderschön frühstücken und Abends Sonnenuntergang bewundern kann. Im Garten gibt's Whihrpool (vor allem für Kinder riesiger Spaß) und man hat die Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer und 20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Dolores und ihrer Familie begrüßt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub in Rovinj
Uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hat es sehr gefallen in Rovinj. Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ groß und geräumig. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge bewundern und im Garten hat man die Möglichkeit zum Grillen und zu baden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch in der Altstadt ist man ca. in 20 min. Dolores hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und war immer behilflich. Nach einer Woche wurde an Handtücher und Bettwäsche alles frisch ausgetauscht 👍 ( hatten wir gar nicht erwartet). Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen 😀...
