Unfortunately my apartment was up 3 steep flights of stairs, with a severe knee injury I was was pretty much captivate as going out was too painful. The owner helped me take the bag up but no-one to help on departure. My TV did not work, it was supposed to be fixed second day but didnt happen so 4 nights no tv. Floor in kitchen floor hadfood on it, there was a dirty glass in the sinkand the toilet seat was broken. The liquid soap dispenser was empty and the only soap was left by another resident - not hygenic. The apartment was nice and airy in a lovely convenient part of old town, near restaurants and food shops and 10 mins from the bus station.
