"I was on a trip with friends and needed only a basic room, bed, shower etc. the Minerva was exactly what was required. Staff were friendly, room was serviced well every day and was very clean. It is also very handy for transport with a metro station being only yards from the hotel. Fabulous restaurants by the canal are only a 10 minute walk away. Luckily, I’m a heavy sleeper because the tram passes outside and is very noisy - the reason for a star being lost. "

"Our stay with BW Linate Airport was great. The room was perfect for our needs and we were quickly shuttled to the airport the next morning. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel that was quite good. The servers took such great pride in their jobs and it truly shows. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. "

"-Helpful staff. -Room was a little dated but clean. -Breakfast was good but the eggs/bacon need to be kept hotter. The current container does not do a good job. -Toilet paper could be upgraded to better quality"
