"Wir waren als 3 köpfige Familie vor Ort. Ab dem ersten Tag habe ich mehrmals täglich versucht die fehlenden Handtücher oder auch Duschtücher zu bekommen. Nach 1 Tag bekamen wir für 3 Personen 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Duschtücher haben wir nie erhalten. Die Angestellten wirken eher uninteressiert an den Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Fernseher vor Ort, jedoch funktioniert dieser nicht, da 2 Steckdosen gebraucht werden, es aber nur eine gibt....

"I stayed here for a week and would have liked this to be a 5 star review. The hotel is beautiful and well situated. My room was spacious and well-appointed. I’ve given the staff 3 stars. They are courteous, pleasant, and speak excellent English. Sadly, they often seemed to have difficulty getting things done. For example, one of the sliding doors on my wardrobe jammed.
