"Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "

"What a wonderful place! We are a family of four and were worried that our two boys would run out of things to do but they loved it! The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. The house is perfectly located 1hr from Caen, 20 minutes from Vire and an easy drive to the D day beaches. There is a beautiful lake near by which has pedalos and canoes for hire and for adrenaline junkies there is the Normandie Luge and...

"We had a lovely couple of nights. The cottage was equipped with everything that you may need and was beautifully furnished. We loved sitting on the edge of the sweetcorn fields and watching the butterflies. So close to WW2 beaches."

Heureusement qu’il y a l’extérieur et qu’il faisait bon… Par contre, l’intérieur est un mobilhome.. donc très étroit et pour ce qui est des couchages… mieux vaut avoir un bon dos..Et pour 6… un peu rude non? "Our stay at the cottage was ok, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a plus. The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the sofa bed as it was broken. We did inform the owner who said she was aware it was broken but didn’t say it would be fixed or a new sofa bought. "The check in/ check out procedure was made super simple but a very easy to communicate with host. Bar, restaurant, shop and fuel station are all a short walk away. Highly recommended place to stay!!"

"The house was fabulous. The property is gorgeous with a beautifully renovated farm house -modern amenities and comforts within a classic setting. Top notch furnishings and very tasteful The perfect location for DDay beaches and Monte St Michel daytrips. Peaceful and restorative - we could not have been happier. Catherine our host and her family were lovely. We were sad to leave!"

"First, Bénédicte and Marc are the best hosts I’ve ever had. They met us at the cottage and greeted us as family. They gave us so many wonderful treats and suggestions and made our trip more memorable. The cottage is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and spotless. It has everything you need. "Charming apartment on the bustling streets of Bayeux. Coffee, pastries and restaurants within a block, many restaurant choices and a grocery store within 3 blocks. Walk to the cathedral and the museums. The apartment itself is small but well laid out, the living room overlooks the street and the bedroom is in the back (very quiet).
