Welcome to Les trois terrasses centrally located in Roussillon, in the heart of the Luberon mountains. Our traditional stone Provencal house offers a comfortable accommodation for up to six people. The house includes a living room/dining room with a sectional sofa bed, fireplace and TV with satellite British programmes and a dining room table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stove (gas cooktop and electric oven), dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and large fridge.
There are four spacious bedrooms: one has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, satellite TV and terrace with a view. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has twin beds and in the fourth bedroom there is a single bed. Both the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and a balcony with a panoramic view.
One of the highlights of Les trois terrasses is a large terrace off the kitchen, an oasis of serenity where, after a long day of traveling you can cool off in the small dipping pool, bask in the sunshine, read a book and, of course, enjoy food and wine in the shaded summer dining area.
Your vacation experience at Les trois terrasses starts in Roussillon, one of the most beautiful villages in Provence. Roussillon sites include an 18th century Town Hall, 17th century church and towering ramparts. Roussillon has narrow winding streets and a village square with outdoor cafés, the meeting place for locals and visitors alike. At over 300 meters elevation you also get wonderful panoramic views across the valley to the Grand Luberon, the slopes of Mont Ventoux, and the plateau of the Vaucluse. But Roussillon is most renowned for its unforgettable ochre quarry. The rich warmth of the quarry's colours are everywhere in the village. From Roussillon it is an easy drive to other popular perched villages such as Gordes, Lacoste and Bonnieux. Excursions to Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cassis and many other destinations can be made easily during the day.
History, museums, architecture, antiquities, hiking, biking, Mediterranean beaches, gastronomy, wine tastings and vineyards, local markets, and shopping all await you in the Roussillon area.
