There is also a comfortable smart working area. The upper attic floor has a room with a TV area and a second smart working area. On the lower floor is the third room with an adjoining service bathroom. It also has a very large dining area, ideal for guests to have lunch or dinner together.

- Casa Lutz (up to 3 persons): this two-level flat offers a living area with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies with panoramic views. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for those seeking a relaxing getaway in the mountains.

- Casa Ostal (up to 5 persons): this flat with separate entrance and small patio offers a cosy living area with kitchenette, Smart TV and comfortable sofa bed. Two double bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor and a stylish bathroom with shower complete the flat.
