The open plan living and dining area overlooks the harbour and is furnished with comfortable sofas, large smart TV, fireplace, and large dining area, perfect for hosting friends for a meal. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment and includes electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 offers a super king bed and storage for guest's belongings. Bedroom 2 is a double room with storage. To the rear of the property is a utility and sunroom area with couch.
