However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. "Great location for our three day car show event at Beech Bend Race Way Park. Very close to shopping for for what we needed during our stay. The house had everything we needed to cook and dine each night. An older house with modern conveniences, felt right at home."

"The property is beautiful. It was a perfect size for our large family. We really enjoyed the hot tub and lake. I only wish there was maybe 1 more tv in the house and the cleaning fees were a bit high for having to do a load of towel before departure. Otherwise its a peaceful getaway. "

"Great location. Adorable house. Beautiful view! We saw deer every day, caught some fish, and saw a bald eagle fly over. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 pre teens. The house was the perfect size. Only negatives were that there was no table to eat at other than outside which would have been fine if it hadn’t been 90 and super humid :). Also, showered are small. A bigger framed person may have trouble maneuvering. Other than. That it was absolutely wonderful!"

Communication was lacking, I was charged for a Pet fee and I did not have pets with me. took forever to get it returned.No one would respond to my messages. They need to make it easier for someone to get a hold of them with issues. They did call me back in a timely manner. they also need to give you check out instructions at the same time you check in, this will make it...
