"My friend and I are writers, and we came to this cottage to work on our books. It was the perfect location with the sunrise views over the water from the magnificent porch. The cottage was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautiful. We had one small hiccup with the heat, but the manager, David, showed up immediately and the problem was rectified promptly. I loved it and we would absolutely stay there again."

"This cabin is something incredibly singular and special. It is imbued with the legacy of the Hall family, and you can read their history as you explore the house. The view is unbelievable - waking up, going downstairs, and being that close to the ocean is so peaceful. We could have spent a month reading as nearly every room is a library. The kitchen is stocked with some great old cast irons and lobster pots for whatever one would need. The China and dining wear even had character and personality. This place is truly a gift, and we thank Micah and the Hall family for opening their doors to guests like us. We take the peace and joyful energy of this place with us. We hope to return someday."

"Last week, my family and I stayed at Birchfield Farm Apartment for two nights, and it surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Denise and Bruce made us feel welcome with a warm greeting and a personal tour of their beautiful farm and charming animals. My daughter instantly bonded with their adorable puppy, which became a highlight of her trip.The apartment was cozy and thoughtfully designed with a farm-inspired theme. While it didn’t have a full kitchenette, it included a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a variety of coffee flavors, hot chocolate, utensils, bottled water, and welcome treats. Nestled in the heart of the farm, it had all the comforts we needed: high-speed Wi-Fi, plush beds, immaculate toiletries, and an extra foldable bed with plenty of bedding. The sunroom offered breathtaking views, especially at sunset. A special moment was when my daughter spotted an owl outside and captured a magical photo.Denise and Bruce’s hospitality was outstanding. They generously involved my daughter in farm activities, where she cared for the animals, took photos, and even rode a horse despite the chilly weather. We also enjoyed a day trip to Camden Snow Bowl, only 30 minutes away, for skiing. Denise gifted us fresh eggs and even offered to extend our stay due to weather—a gesture that felt like family.The farm's serene countryside setting was perfect for both relaxation and exploring nearby attractions.
