"Very quirky hotel in the centre of Mulhouse! Parking downstairs in the car park, not expensive, bit awkward to get to but directions from the hotel were very good. Plenty of eating places around and within walking distance. Lovely rooms, we had a suite this time, good size. Breakfast is buffet style and varied! We will definitely be returning! "

"This is a lovely classic hotel with all the original immaculately preserved trimmings of a 1924 era. It is a wonderful place to visit "

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
