Basic accommodations in a great location
A little difficult to find via GPS because it’s located in a nice pedestrian-only square and GPS will want you to drive on pedestrian-only streets to get there. Best bet is park on the square’s perimeter (parking pay boxes take credit cards) and walk. You’ll find it. Check in is only after 4 PM because no one staffs the desk before then. No problem. They have a couple of tables and chairs by the front door where you can relax with your luggage if you’re a bit early. There is also a cafe in the square as well as a small restaurant and an organic grocer. Pleasant staff. Helpful. Spoke both French and English well. Check in was a breeze. They have free local maps too. Room was basic. One window, one desk, bed, and a TV. WiFi reliable. Bathroom is private, but small. Plenty of hot water and adequate towels. The grout in the shower could use a thorough cleaning. You’re in the heart of the attractions here. No need for the car until you depart town. From this hotel you can easily walk to multiple cathedrals, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Grand Horloge.

Central and Charming hotel in a pedestrianised area offering bed and breakfast. The host was lovely and the restaurant recommendations on the website that we chose were perfect. Good value for the price.

Loverly weekend.
Stayed here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. Nice quiet hotel perfect location for the old town. Plenty of choice for places to eat. There is a big underground car park a few minuets walk away. The room was a little bit tired but perfectly clean and comftable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nice traditional breakfast.

Very nice man hosting us. We got there at one hoping to drop off our bags but it was totally locked until 4. Also be prepared to climb stairs to rooms. Great price for a short stay. Nice breakfast.

Strange hours, good location
Location is perfect. The staff leaves from 12-4 daily so if you arrive at that time you can not even get in to the hotel to leave your bags as you need a code to get in the lobby. Because of this I would not stay here again.

Helpful owner. Disappointing hotel.
Arrived before check-in which was 4pm (later than most hotels) but the owner did give us the code so we could access our room. Downhill from there. I had booked a superior room and was extremely disappointed. Very small, cold and no net curtains at the large windows. Bathroom small and very dated. Breakfast disappointing, bread, croissant, & yogurt. I asked for milk for my coffee but it never came. No lift which I hadn't realized. Only plus side was location.

Great location in the middle of Rouen.
Great location in the middle of Rouen. Really helpful owner. Bathroom was a little unusual, but added to the character of the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would stay there again.

Quaint, central hotel
Only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. So central, and close to parking (underground car park 5min walk). Was greeted by staff who was expecting us despite the late booking, was lovely and happy to speak English to us. No complaints, thank you.

Lovely small charming hotel right by the Cathedral
Wonderful hotel and very good value. The rooms were clean and we had lovely big windows. The breakfast is very yummy and a good price. The proprietor is very welcoming and helpful. The location is unbelievably good. If you stay before the mid of September, make sure you walk the three minutes to the Cathedral a bit before 11pm. The multi media presentation is mind blowing. Overall just the best stay.

Old hotel in nice square close to the cathedral
A slightly tired but characterful hotel in a pleasant square close to the cathedral. We were in Rouen for the Davis Cup and so spent very little time in the hotel but the big plus was the private garage round the corner belonging to the hotel where we left the car during our stay because both driving around Rouen and finding parking in the area was very difficult. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment but the staff we all very pleasant and helpful during our stay.
