"Overall I had no issues with the hotel. I really enjoyed the area and the staff were extremely friendly. My 2 complaints: broken gym equipment ( and also the dearth of proper equipment ) and noise coming from a storage room late at night. Both may be unique to me. Otherwise I highly recommend this property! "

"You can’t get any closer to the beautiful cathedral than this hotel. The cathedral is next door doggie left and a pedestrian street with lovely shops is on your right. Anything you want to see and do in this beautiful town is very near to this hotel. Best hotel in all of Rouen for location, great staff who are there 24 hrs to answer any question. Staff arranged great driver with big car to transport me to CDG airport at a reasonable rate. Fabulous hotel "
