"Location was easy to find with some nice wee cages close. Fremantle around 1km flat walk. Just be aware there is no dishwasher in this property. There was some very noisy renovation going on next door which the property manager had no knowledge of and the train came through at around 3am close by which wasn’t too bad but when the wind was blowing in the right direction it could be heard. "We booked the property for a special birthday while family was over from the UK. The property was perfect as was the location. We would recommend staying with Sea Breeze Villa 😃"

"The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell...

The furnishings are of very low standard and chipped and shabby. The kitchen utensils barely adequate (knife set, utensils, crockery, no cutting board, etc. Cupboards and shelving internally were badly stained and not lined.
