Just got home and left €50 deposit which should not of been taken and have seen that it has been taken twice if my card? Now I have to get this returned when it is a security deposit and shouldn’t have been taken!?

Sadly disappointed. We were quoted a price of 90 euro per night and we were charged 138 per night. This was what we were told was for their best room and it was unacceptable. The room had a very steep interior stair that had a non funtional handrail that one couldn't get their hands around it to assist you to use it effectively. The curtains on the windows were dirty and dusty. My allergies were so badly affected, we asked for a different room. The second room had poor ventilation, the AC didnt work and they had fans in the room that kept the stale air moving and remained uncomfortably hot in our room. We would NOT recommend this hotel and would appreciate a partial refund for being overcharged what we were initially quoted.

Furchtbares Hotel. Das Zimmer stank muffelig, das Badezimmer hatte schimmel an den Fliesen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Hotel weigert sich, den Übernachtungspreis von 120 Euro zu erstatten, obwohl ich dort nicht übernachtet habe. Also Vorsicht! Ich musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen und bleibe auf diesen Kosten sitzen.

Ruime kamer, grote tv. Alles werkte. Kingsize bed, maar zeer hard (als hout), en met eenpersoons dekbed in tweepersoons hoes. Daardoor dicht tegen elkaar moeten liggen om beiden onder de deken te liggen. Licht niet te bedienen vanuit bed, geen stopcontacten bij bed, geen ontbijt mogelijk. Borg voor sleutel 50 euro, als je die met pinpas betaalt kost dat 1,35 extra. Kortom, niet geschikt voor veeleisende mensen. Voor een nacht vonden wij het wel "avontuurlijk". Heerlijk gegeten in bijbehorende restaurant.

Het hotel lag op loopafstand van de activiteit die we gingen doen. Dat was erg prettig. De kamer was spartaans te noemen. Je kon niet om het tweepersoonsbed heenlopen. Midden door de kamer stak een flink stalen H-profiel; heel decoratief. De staat en de inrichting van de kamer waren zeer gedateerd. De badkamer zag er nieuwer uit. Alleen liep het douchwater daar niet goed weg zodat je snel moest douchen. Bij het uittschecken stonden we 10 minuten te wachten tot iemand kwam helpen, ondanks dat er andere personeelsleden rondliepen. Geen aanrader.
