"We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. "We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

"This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations."

"A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. "Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"My husband, myself and our two teenage daughters spent a glorious two weeks in Kate’s beautiful property. I have to say on arrival the property was absolutely spotless both inside and outside. The outside space is absolutely beautiful and lots of it. "We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."

"We had a lovely week at Casa Kathleen. The view is fabulous, as is the outside terrace and pool. The villa' s living area is large, comfortable and airy. Everything worked and was well maintained.
