Welcome to Rad Little Pad, your Lake Rotoiti retreat! This charming house comfortably sleeps eight, offering a cozy haven for your group. Step outside to discover a fantastic outdoor living area, with a great deck and enormous lawn. A short stroll through the front gate leads you to the lake where you can launch the boat or go for a dip. Ample space for the boat and outdoor games ensures endless fun. Embrace the tranquility of lake life at Rad Little Pad!

The Space:
As the name suggests, this is a rad little pad. The main house has two bedrooms and there is a sleep-out as the third bedroom.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
Bedroom Two: 2 x Single Beds (plus a cot)

Sleep-Out (this is a seperate building and is accessed outside the house)
Queen Bed
Bunk Beds (2 x Single Beds)

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
The house is situated at Gisborne Point, Lake Rotoiti. Is is surrounds by other lake houses, some of which are holiday houses and some are permanent residents. The area is popular with anyone who loves using the lake.

Getting Around:
We recommend your own vehicle if you are staying here. The house is just under 30min drive to the Rotorua CBD.
