"Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. "This house is like new, well equipped, and in a beautiful setting. Everything is in great working order, the decorations a very well done and the house is spacious and comfortable. The wildlife viewing….alligators is a daily occurrence…but from a distance. This is the best rental home we have had the pleasure of being in. Recommended!"

"The amount of hoarding in the house was insane. Something inside every drawer which makes me question the amount of cleaning done. The pool was insanely full of chemicals. Not a good amount. An amount where both my children couldn’t even open their eyes and got rashes on their bodies. Beds were super uncomfortable. There’s a paper left about bugs in the pool area and how it can’t be controlled. We’ll actually, there’s bugs in the screened in pool area because the screens are broken. So totally...

"We had a week stay in this very nice vacation home. There was plenty of room to spread out in and pool area was very spacious, with lots of amenities. The location was good, quiet and very private. We will definitely check out as an option The next time we visit Florida."

"Home was exactly what we expected. It was clean and well cared for. It felt like a home not just a rental. Pool/spa were delightful. There were many quality bikes to use. Sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous. Loved the wildlife in the canal. We plan on returning for another adventure."

"When I looked online the front looked small and we Wondered. We were wrong! The house was plenty roomy for even 6. Nice beds, rooms, tv's and especially the Bathrooms, The Master bedroom and Bathroom were very nice and plenty of room. Good sixe Kitchen too and garage for our car. I would like that house agin but it is rented already for next Year. The Pool was clean and roomy with both shallow and deep ends. Good sized lanai. I have only one wish and that would be more lights in the Living room...
