The beautiful location directly at a small lake in the middle of wild nature invites you to relax and watch animals. Nevertheless, you are quickly in the city for groceries or shopping.

In 10 minutes you can find the peninsula of Boca Grande, known for its shell beaches. We can arrange cheap boat rentals to explore the many peninsulas and the sea.

Loved the home and location- just about 20 minutes from two beaches and Port Charlotte. The house was beautiful and Rolf was next door to help with anything. We will be back for sure!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home along with 2 of our long time friends. We were looking for a relaxing vacation home to spend a few days and found a perfect place! The pool, hot tub and home furnishings were just amazing. We could not have found a more perfect home for the price!

Peaceful retreat
Our family really enjoyed the lakefront atmosphere and all of the wildlife around the lake. Gators, armadillos, birds galore , it was really cool. No traffic ,no lines , easy area to navigate. The beaches are very close and not crowded ( Manisota Keys beaches were our favorite). Sunsets over the lake in the evening and as the Eagles would say "A peaceful easy feeling" sums this place up.

What a fantastic villa set in a quiet location overlooking a lake. We loved watching the wildlife in the lake and the sunsets from the pool area. Everything you need for a villa stay is there. Great on-suite facilities for main bedroom (we were a couple staying), other bedrooms share a shower room. Pool area has great views of the lake and sunsets. Beaches and shops within a short drive. Contact with host was easy and we got prompt replies. We had to extend our stay and host was able to arrange this for us easily. Hopefully be able to return in the future.

Absolutely beautiful home!
This house had everything you needed. Quiet neighborhood, very private backyard. Loved all the decor was such a pleasant stay. We had a few days by ourselves and a few with my sister and brother inlaw. House definitely big enough for the 4 of us. We would definitely go back, Samuel was very helpful with everything we needed.

This home is just perfect! The host, Samuel was very helpful with any questions. No issues getting into the house. He allowed us to get in an hour earlier as it was ready. The house has EVERYTHING you need to start off. Spices, a roll of paper towel. A roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Lovely towels in bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Nice bedding!! Love everything about our stay. We will be booking again for next year. Already miss it !!! Thanks Sam for the great stay !!!

Die Villa liegt idyllisch und ruhig an einem See. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es hat einem in der Villa an Nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch einwandfrei. Wer vernab vom Trubel seinen Urlaub genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. This was a graduation trip with your daughters and they had an amazing time. We found Boca Grande to be the best beach nearby for us. The pool was amazing and everything was in the house that we needed.

Very clean, updated home. It had all the amenities. Beach chairs, floats for the pool, everything you need for cooking. Very quiet area close to stores, restaurants and beaches.

This home is beautiful and had everything we could have wanted! Lots of space and all the amenities you will need. Sam was great to work with and made sure we had a nice stay. Pets allowed which was a plus for us and pool heat is included! Great location.. Just down the road from groceries and shops. Not far from Boca Grande and about 20 min from Englewood beach. We will definitely be back!

Traumhaftes Haus und Lage
Ein neues Haus an traumhafter Lage, die Sonnenuntergänge über dem See sind herrlich! Neue Möbel, nicht billige Hoteleinrichtung, man merkt Geschmack und Qualität. Viel Natur rundherum, und trotzdem ist man in 15 Minuten in Port Charlotte, (mega Shopping ;) und das Schönste war in 15 Minuten an tollen, naturnahen Stränden! Samuel ist sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit mit Check inn und Tips zur Region. Auch sein Boot mieten war ein super Erlebnis, so günstig und einfach-wir haben viel Delfine gesehen! Wir kommen wieder !
