Excellent house that has everything.
This house is amazing. The location is more private than we thought. We had everything we needed to have an excellent. The pool area is great. The house is located in an awesome area to watch the sunsets. There is also a pool table and wonderful outdoor balcony upstairs in addition to everything else.

The house was great, loved the pool, we spent a lot of time swimming. We watched gators in the lake and fished. Perfect house for a large group. Close to beaches, stores, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation
This property was amazing. We went on a family trip the house was perfect for us. The pool is just what we needed to keep the kids entertained. Also the lake was nice touch to let the kids fish. P.S. there’s a big gator in the lake.

Beautiful Lake House
We had an amazing time at the Lake House! Plenty of room, fishing and memories 😄 This was our second stay and we absolutely loved it!!! Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing, we seen gators and bobcats!!! Spend a lot of our time at our favorite place in the world, Boca Grande! We highly recommend Natalie’s beautiful home for large families, she has been the perfect host😄

This house was in a great location and the view from the pool over the pond was gorgeous. It was very easy to communicate with Natalie and she was attentive to any problems that we had. I would definitely recommend this house for your vacation.

Natalie is a great host. Answered text questions right away. Hot tub wasn’t available due to a part shortage. Under standable. Everything else in the house worked as advertised. Would rent again.

The worst rental experience ever.
Property was dirty with mold in various places on the ceiling with obvious water leaks in the past. Furniture is old and the mattress in the main bedroom had lost any ability to hold a human body! No heat for the HOT tub... Nothing was updated so do not trust the photos. The property owner then asked our group to do laundry, take the trash out, and wash dishes and at the same time, pay a cleaning fee!! Do NOT rent this place!!

Amazing home
This was the best vacation home that we have ever stayed at in Florida! The location was perfect for everything. I moved to Ohio about 3 years ago and it has been difficult to get all the kids together for a vacation, 2 drove down from Michigan and my wife and I brought the other ones with us, it was amazing to have all 10 with us this year....very memorable. We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed the beach at Boca Grande! The home owner was the best and the home was perfect for our family!!!! We highly recommend this property to families that need the extra space and comfort of a beautiful Florida vacation home!

Long Weekend with Extended Family
We had a great time. Having the pool was wonderful. Also the pool table upstairs was great. There was a lot of space. 4 full bathrooms which is awesome for a big group. The host was very communicative. There is a coffee spot- Sassy Tarts right down the road we went to almost every morning (very short drive). Just some heads up- the beds sleep 8 people, and there is an air mattress; other than that the couches don’t pull out incase you have more than 8-10 people.

Very generous guest home
My siblings, spouses and kids all stayed here together and had a great time! The home was perfect for us, clean and spacious. Lots of bathrooms! The kids had so much fun in the pool (perfect because we avoided the beaches due to unexpected red tide). The common area/pool/game room upstairs is awesome, all the pool toys, beach chairs, and extra beach towels were an added bonus. The only thing I would say would be helpful is extra silverware. We do a lot of cooking on vacation due to dietary restrictions etc. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked, but I realize not many people like to cook on vacation.

It was nice.
It was a nice place to stay. There are only enough beds for a total of 8 people and the couches do not have pull outs. We looked for the pump for the small blow-up mattress, but that was nowhere to be found. Thankfully we had kids that we just put on the floor. The pool was nice during the hot afternoons. The hot tub is still not operational just to know which is still listed as an amenity on the website. It is very close to a Walmart and close to the beach. They do have alligators in the lake which the kids loved to look for. The house was clean. Does need some more silverware as there was not a lot of forks/spoons/cups for a large group. I would recommend the place as it is in a quiet neighborhood and is well taken care of.

Perfect!
This house was just perfect for our family! We liked that the bedrooms were all on the first floor. Lots of bathrooms. The pool was beautiful. Spa was not working but not a big deal for us. The boys liked the the dock and watching for alligators. The only down side was the garbage situation as the barrels were full when we arrived and there is some sort of animal that tears it out every night. Other than that it was quite perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. There were many beach toys and pool toys available and plenty of towels. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

Unbelievable property
We do a trip to the west coast every year but usually stay in Venice. This trip consisted of 3 couples and one single person. Unable to find a suitable property in Venice, we extended our search in the surrounding area and found this home. It is everything you see in the pictures & more. To start, I read a not so favorable review about a week prior to our arrival. Natalie was completely honest with my answers to my questions and I was confident our stay would be fine after communicating with her. While we were in town we had to battle the dreaded Red Tide so we didn’t get as much beach time as we would have liked so it was wonderful having such a big beautiful pool to relax in. We hope that we will be able to be able to book this property for future stays.

Horrible Experience
Not worth the money. For what you pay, the house was dirty. I had to clean behind the stove which brought ants. On the first day, informed owner of a rodent problem. It was brushed off as lizards. When we physically saw rat, I ordered traps from Amazon and laid them out myself. After the traps were laid, we noticed a possum was also getting into the lanai. It took one of the traps with them. We know because my brother in law saw it and heard it kept setting off the traps. While the amenities in the house seem great, the hassle of the rodents and ants was just not worth it. Especially when the issue was not addressed the first day.

Hidden gem on the gulf coast
This was such a perfect vacation for my family. We needed a break from being stuck at home and lucked out when we found this listing on VRBO. The house is perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s large and roomy without feeling overwhelming. The pool was perfect and we swam every day while we were there. Even a tropical storm that came through didn’t stop us. The hot tub was nice to have and allowed us to rest our weary bodies and minds. Better yet, this rental pet friendly which was a must for us and our new fur baby. Clean is an understatement. The windows were so clean you had to be careful and make sure the sliding glass doors are open or you may smack yourself in the face if they aren’t. The owner Natalie was fantastic. She was readily available if we needed anything. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and more. They even had a welcoming bowl of treats when we arrived. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants something other than your typical tourist trap. The beach is a short drive from the house and there is enough activities around to keep things fun but not so much that you feel overwhelmed. The only disappointment I had was that I found out the Atlanta Braves spring training facility is only about a 15 minute drive and my family loves anything Atlanta Braves. Will have to make a return trip next season and will definitely try to rent this home again if it’s available. Thank you Natalie for opening your home to me and my family.

House was very clean but, the pool area no so. Unable to use the spa as there were no instructions or if was available to use or not. Found what seemed to be a control stating Spa on a wall but none of the buttons worked. After trying numerous times, internet access was not available since the Username and password did not work because the network itself could not be found. Sent text message that evening to host about it but host never responded. The idea of a pool table was excellent but all the bumper felts actually need to be replaced and if possible the table cloth. Although the table cloth could use some brushing & touching up. We did enjoy the swimming pool though on the following day of arrival since the storm was upon us the remainder of the stay.

Time With Family
This is our third summer staying at this beautiful home. Our family is separated across two states, so we covet the time we get to spend together. This home is spacious and more than accommodated our family. Our grandkids had a great time and spent hours playing in the pool while we supervised from the plentiful outdoor seating. The older kids enjoy fishing from the dock. We love staying here because of the home’s close proximity to Gasparilla Island and its beautiful beaches. Natalie, the host, is incredible. She responds to all messages promptly and genuinely wants to ensure you are happy with your stay. If all goes well, we would love to make next year our fourth summer.

Great family get together.
We loved our time together in this comfortable home. The kids and adults enjoyed the dock for fishing. The sunsets off of the 7 acre lake were beautiful. The setting was private and peaceful. The house was great for our 3 families, and 3 generations! The kids especially enjoyed the pool table upstairs in the large family room. Beautiful beaches are very close. We are hoping to return!

Great House, Great Location
Great House, great pool and great location. I stayed here for a golf trip and the house easily fit 9 people. The location is very close to multiple golf courses. Would consider staying here again!
