Located only 5 miles from Englewood beach with dozens of seafood restaurants and live music, only 8 miles from famous Manasota Beach known for variety of shells and shark teeth, and 10 miles from Boca Grande Island.

As you enter the house you step into a large open living room with a cathedral ceiling, 65" TV and large sectional to simply relax and enjoy a movie. This sectional also converts into a king size bed for extra sleeping spaces if needed.

To fully enjoy Florida weather, open the full wall glass doors into the screened lanai/pool making and create an outdoor/indoor area to sit watch the sun set and enjoy a glass of wine.

On the immediate left you have another comfortable sofa that converts into a queen memory foam bed and a sitting area where you can relax, read a book or have a cup of coffee to start your morning.

Our chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with everything you'll need to make a great dishes for you and your loved ones. And yes, we have a wine cooler.

Huge dinning table comfortably sits 8-10 people for a great celebration or just a family dinner to enjoy with a view of the lanai/pool.

THE BEDROOMS:

** Master bedroom has an upscale king size bed with memory foam mattress for a deep relaxing sleep, a 65" TV to enjoy, another glass wall for access to the lanai which gives a beautiful view of the sunset and pool. Tiled walk in-shower with clean linens, hair dryer, clothes steamer & other amenities all there for your use.

** 2nd bedroom offers a king size memory foam mattress, 55" TV & clothing storage options.

** 3rd bedroom offer a queen canopy bed, memory foam mattress & large closet

THE POOL/LANAI AREA:

This spacious pool area is perfect for lounging, having a cup of coffee or just enjoying the sun set making a lot of unforgettable memories.

** Pool fountain will turn on automatically at 10 am and turn off at 5 pm.
** Pool lights can be turned on and off manually

ENTERTAINMENT OR JUST CHILL:

** Double garage has a pool table & darts, lots of games in the living room and a blue tooth speaker for your enjoyment.
