I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. "We booked this property at the last moment for the 2 weeks over Christmas and the New Year, we wanted a place with a garden for our young Boxer puppy and nice beaches close by and could not have found a more ideal property and location. The advert said beach close by and that was the case with the nearest 100 meters away and it is a beautiful beach, other lovely beaches are only a few minutes by car, you will find lovely local shops 2 miles away that sell everything including a very tempting...

"We had a great week here in August. Large garden, lots of parking and many beaches within 30 minutes. You can walk into town along the river to get bread in the morning. The staircase to the upper floor begins in the master bedroom; we didn't mind this but some might. The owners live nearby and were very helpful. I would describe the style as shabby chic."

"Very comfortable stay. Very quiet and peaceful yet 5-10 minutes away from city, supermarket, beaches, towns. Many cycling trails nearby. Comfortable beds, huge garden and outside seating areas. A really lovely stay. "

"Great location and lovely hosts. Well equipped cottage although full of dust collecting objet and could do with a spring clean! Beware the steep stairs to upper loft. Not for kids or oldies. Loved the stay, the locals, the walks, the festivals and local swim spots."
