"We couldn’t fault this cosy lodge. The room was well lit, well furnished and very comfortable. We were here for 3 nights for exploring the area, and the lodge was perfectly situated for this. Breakfast was included, and couldn’t be bettered. We had two evening meals which were really delicious. The staff were wonderful, pleasant and always ready to help. We would certainly recommend this lodge to anyone, you will not be disappointed!"

"Excellent location for us ,staff so friendly and helpful and welcoming nothing a problem for them ,unfortunately didn’t get names but highly recommended,was really busy on Friday and Saturday but staff had everything under control ,ran like clockwork ,and also got free drinks as complimentary ,food was lovely with a nice varied menu to suit everyone I would say . "We visited for a wedding in the adjoining Le petite chateau and had a wonderful day. All of the staff were polite, helpful and service was excellent. The wedding food and the breakfast were both delicious. Our room was a good size with a lovely walk in rainfall shower. My only slight disappointment was that the room was very dark despite 2 windows because they both faced onto a wall. It didn’t really matter to us because we literally only slept in it but I’d be unhappy if we were staying a few nights. Definitely recommend. "
