"Nice, clean hotel right on the river. We arrived late and left early so didn’t experience much of the town, but we walked to a restaurant and it did seem like it would be a very nice place to stay. Mixed reviews on the pillows from my group. If you like soft, down pillows, you’ll have the best sleep of your life. If you need some substance to support your neck, you’re going to have a problem here. "

"The check-in was smooth, the hotel room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was great. Love the location as it’s walkable to a lot of places including restaurants, stores and the train station. Will definitely stay at this hotel if we ever visit Bern again. "
