Villa Fortuna Apartment 2

Villa Fortuna is located on Parkstraße, directly opposite Stephan Jantzen Park. You walk through the park in about 2 minutes to the beach and the spacious promenade. The apartment is located in the 2nd OG. Behind the house you will find a parking space and two bicycles for your bicycles during your stay. The multi-family house is used for holiday guests and for permanent living. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Villa Fortuna Apartment 2:
The apartment can accommodate two guests. You enter the apartment in the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen was renewed in 2019 and offers you a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery. The living area with sofa and TV leads to a double bedroom.  The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and clothes horse.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Die Unterkunft Fortuna 2 war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht , aber alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Duschkopf sollte ausgewechselt werden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und zur Promenade und ins Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vorteil ist der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Klein, aber ausreichend. 2 Minuten zum Strand, in die City bzw. zum Altem Strom ca 10 bis 15 Minuten. Die Küche ist nicht gut eingerichtet. Nur 2 Tassen, kein Weinglas und das Besteck - na geht auch nicht

Schönen Urlaub dort verbracht :-)
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Lage und Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist perfekt, man hat nur ein paar Minuten bis zur Flaniermeile und zum Strand.
