Villa Fortuna Apartment 1

Villa Fortuna is located on Parkstraße, directly opposite Stephan Jantzen Park. You walk through the park in about 2 minutes to the beach and the spacious promenade. The apartment is located in the 2nd OG. Behind the house you will find a parking space and two bicycles for your bicycles during your stay. The multi-family house is used for holiday guests and for permanent living. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Villa Fortuna Apartment 1:
The apartment can accommodate four guests. You enter the apartment in the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen was renewed in 2019 and offers a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery. The living area with sofa and TV leads to a double bedroom. The second bedroom is accessed through an entrance hall with day bed and armchairs from the central kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower and two sinks.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Zu teuer für das was geboten wird
Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 3. Stock unter dem Dach. Das Haus ist hellhörig und man hört die stark befahrene Straße vor dem Haus. Die Küche hat kein Tageslicht, daher sitzt man nicht gerne am Esstisch. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist sehr eng. Ansonsten war die Agentur hilfsbereit, doch umständlich, da wir die Schlüssel noch abholen mussten und die Betten alle nicht bezogen waren. Die Lage ansonsten ist gut. Man ist schnell am Meer und im Zentrum und schläft bequem.
