Ok Hotel in central Rostock. Clean and in a good location. Interior is fairly old, ok but old. Rooms are good size. Slow elevator and very narrow garage are minor negative experiences.

Wow - what a great couple of days
The very best thing about the hotel is the location. Just inside the city gate, close to the old city and many many cafes and restaurants. Convenient to the street car lines and the train station. The hotel itself is lovely - comfortable, well appointed and quiet. We loved out time at the hotel and in the city.

The desk attendant Alexander was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Our room and bathroom and the decor of the entire place were comfortable and beautiful. It is a central location with walkable restaurants and shops. Very picturesque town. We were even given a pass to use the transit. The only (very minor) issue was that we to slam our room door to make it close, and we worried it disturbed other guests.

Das Personal am Checkin konnte kaum deutsch sprechen. sehr schlechte Verständigung. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht gut. Sehr oberflächlich. Auf dem Flur große Flecken auf dem Teppich. Sehr laut im Zimmer. (von wegen Lärmschutzfenster.) Zugang zu Speisen oder Getränken Abends kaum möglich , da Geschlossene Veranstaltungen. Außer eine Flasche Wasser am ersten Tag war es nicht möglich im Hotel Wasser au das Zimmer zu bekommen. Bin für ein 4* Hotel ein anders Niveau gewöhnt.

Das erste Zimmer war Zimmer 112, sehr laut trotz geschlossener Fenster ist sogar das Piepen der Ampel zu hören. Das Ersatzzimmer gegenüber wir zumindest ruhiger. Mobiliar arg in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, fühlt man sich dort sehr wohl und aufgehoben Ich kann es jederzeit weiter empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.
