House Karzenburg Apartment 1

The lovingly and brightly furnished apartment with 50 sqm in mezzanine awaits you here. In the living room with a cozy TV sitting area and sofa bed you can relax after the long beach days. In the separate kitchen you will find a complete equipment u. a. with stove, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. In the bedroom invites a large double bed to dream. Upon request, a travel cot and high chair are available for a fee. You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the garden. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. The Old Stream takes about 3 minutes. on foot and to the beach only about 10 minutes.   A foot-accessible garage for your car, may be used if available.

Note: Currently there may be noise disturbances due to construction in the neighborhood, which may affect you as well.

The apartment is located in a small apartment house at the entrance to Warnemünde. Shops, restaurants, beach promenade and beach are just a few steps away. The location of the apartment is away from the pedestrian areas Alter Strom and beach promenade, but these are within walking distance. For a fee you can rent a parking space (if available) for 9.00 € per night.

Dreckigste Unterkunft überhaupt

Die Lage ist ok aber das ist auch schon alles. Haus aus Pappe, ungepflegte Räumlichkeiten, Baustelle direkt nebenan, sehr sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse im Haus (hellhörigster Aufenthalt), nichts Hausstaub-Allergiker, Teppich mit Stolper Kanten, trotz zusätzlicher Reinigung hat sich nichts an der Sauberkeit geändert, Schimmel im Bad, Staub auf jeder möglichen Anlage, rote Flecken auf dem Teppich, verkeimte Tv-Bedienung. Preise bleiben bei 100% trotz beanstandeter Mängel!!! Empfehlung = 0 Bitte schaut nach anderen Objekten. Ich gebe auch gern Fotos weiter die wir gemacht haben, bevor und nach der ersten und zweiten Reinigung. Und die einzige 5 Sternewertung kommt meiner Meinung nach von einer internen Mitarbeiterin.
