Hanseatic Suite II - hidden at the Alten Strom - family-friendly, modern This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). The Hanseatic Suite is on the 1st floor and offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy seating area (sofa bed 120 x 200 bed), two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a beautiful shower room. In the Suite Hanseatic II you can enjoy the sun on a beautiful south-facing balcony.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Pick up from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request, WiFi _____ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Alten Strom und dem Zentrum. Für unseren Aufenthalt haben wir alles, was wir benötigt haben, in der Wohnung vorgefunden. Rundherum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine sehr saubere und gemütliche Suite, kpl gut eingerichtet. Die gesammte Anlage ist sehr, sehr ordentlich, sehr zentral gelegen. Wenige Schritte bis zum Alten Strom. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das gesamtkonzept war nicht optimal.
Die whg an sich war schön. Die Ausstattung ebenso. Müllbeutel, kaffeefilter, Salz, abwaschen, Handtücher, lappen, alles da. Sowas ist toll. Aber, Es hätte sauberer sein können. Das Bad zb, alles voller Kalk und altem Staub in den Ecken. Die Gardinen fleckig, die Fenster voller schwieriger Abdrücke. Der Backofen samt Rost und Blech leider nicht so das wir ihn gleich benutzen konnten. Rostiges Besteck, leicht schmutziges Geschirr, was wie wir schnell merkten an der Spühlmaschiene lag, diese tat ihren Dienst leider nur noch mäßig. Mehrere Gläser hatten einen Sprung. Etc

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende dort, in der geräumigen, gemütlichen Wohnung kann man auch gut länger bleiben. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Schön wären noch Verdunklungsvorhänge in den Schlafzimmern gewesen, es gibt nur "normale" Gardinen und Vorhänge.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - sauber, geräumig, modern eingerichtet - mit Top-Verwaltung in absolut gepflegtem Haus. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man ist etwas abseits vom "Gewühl" am Alten Strom. Einziger "Mangel": zur Straßenseite gelegen.

Super Aufenthalt für Familien
Sehr sauber, freundlich, für 2 Familien geeignet. Ich würde das nächste Mal bei zeitiger Reservierung eine Wohnung zum Hof nehmen, da die Straße doch sehr laut war und Abends die Babys öfter wieder wach geworden sind, wenn Leute vorbei gelaufen sind.
