Behind the house is the terrace of the apartment, which leads to the small garden area. The location of the apartment is therefore very central and quiet. For a fee you can rent a parking space (if available) for 9.00 € per night.

The attractive 54qm apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet location. The apartment is divided into a living room with sofa bed, sitting area, TV, American kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area, as well as a bedroom with double bed and single bed. A shower room and outside the terrace complete the apartment. A travel cot without pad is available in the apartment. The beach is only a few minutes walk. If available, we are happy to offer you a parking space for 9,00 Euro / night.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Zum Strand und auch zum alten Strom sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Urlaub 2023
Wo soll ich anfangen. Es ging schon bei der Buchung los, dass wir mega Probleme hatten, da die Seite der Ferienwohnung ständig geändert wurde und wir dann nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren konnten. Wir haben dann den Urlaub auf eine Woche umgebucht weil wir da einfach keinen Bock mehr hatten. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage und ist schön groß aber der Teufel liegt im Detail. Sie befindet sich im EG und es gibt keine Rollos zum verdunkeln. Wir haben dann das Schlafzimmer mit Decken verdunkelt damit unser kleiner schlafen konnte. Die Messer sind stumpf, der Toaster ging nicht richtig, es gab keine Mikrowelle, Gewürze waren fast keine da außer Salz und ein bisschen Zucker für Kaffee, die Fernbedienung vom TV war leer und es war kein Ersatz da. Und es gab kein WLAN, was in der heutigen Zeit eigentlich schwach ist für den Preis, den sie für die Woche verlangt haben. Genauso finde ich, gehört ein Parkplatz gestellt für den Zeitraum. Wir hätten ihn buchen müssen, was nirgendwo stand. Also mussten wir uns am vorletzten Tag daheim noch um einen Parkplatz kümmern. Wo wir da auf der Seite dann geschaut haben, stand es dann plötzlich da, dass man ihn buchen sollte. Und dann auch noch für 9€ pro Tag. Finde ich eine Frechheit. Wir haben dann sogar ein Parkplatz gefunden für weniger und er war super abgesichert und hat alles super geklappt. Was noch gut in der Wohnung war, war der Haushaltsraum. Da konnte man alles gut unterbringen und es stand nicht im Weg.

Sehr gute Lage
sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlen nur Verdunkelungsrollos oder blickdichte Gardinen( ab um 5 Uhr morgens war es taghell in der Wohnung)

Tolle Unterkunft
Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Sehr zentral, man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen. Strand, Stadt alles sehr nah erreichbar. Empfehlen wir auf jedenfall weiter.
