Holiday with village charm in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, the beach in front of the door. The apartments are located near the Baltic Sea. Not only during the annual Hanse Sail Rostock you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Warnow and the passing ships. Our apartments and the apartment have double beds, TV with satellite connection, DVD, safe, fully equipped kitchens and outdoor terraces with seating overlooking the water.   Free parking on the property. NO SMOKING. Small pets only after consultation. A cot (up to 2 years) can be provided on request. Please note that the sleeping loft extension in the Ferienwohnung Hiddensee (2. Bedroom, hallway and bathroom 2.) shall be released only from 5 persons. You are welcome to use the entire sleeping loft for a small fee (20 €). Arrival from 16 clock possible at any time; Departure until 11 o'clock. For each quarter there is a key safe in the entrance area with 4-digit code. In the vault you will find the apartment key as well as the electronic gate opener for the gate. You will receive the access code after receipt of the total amount via e-mail or SMS about one week before arrival. The towel set (3 €) can be canceled on request before arrival via mail / phone. 20% deposit of the total price within 14 days after booking on the account, balance due 4 weeks before arrival. 

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
