"I arrived early, standing outside in the rain. Owner was able to let me in early after 45 minutes in the rain. On the 2nd morning after I started my shower the water stopped. I had to dry off and leave without a shower. Also a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. No reduction in fee offered. Wish I had stayed elsewherey"

"Apartment is spacious, clean & tidy and very well equipped (the towel rads in the bathrooms can be heated even when central heating is off!). There is off road parking and a fantastic view over the bay (subject to Irish weather). 3 pubs within 100m, 2 of which serve food and on the other side of the bay there is a fantastic beach. Roads in and out of the village are good, there is lots to do nearby and Cork is not far away and the Atlantic coast easily accessible beyond that. Only downside is...

"This was a great option for us because we were in Cork to drop my daughter off at UCC. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Having a full kitchen made eating so much easier and cheaper. Keep in mind that this is a dorm and is not a luxury accommodation. But, I would absolutely do it again."

"I’d prefer to give this unit 0 stars because we didn’t have the opportunity to stay in it. In spite of having a confirmed stay, we did not receive any communication with the owner. Finally found out 1 hour before check in that he had booked the unit to a different group on a different site. Owner claims he never received our confirmation.
