"Great Location, Great little house. Unfortunately at the time of our visit we had significant rain and the tiled floors are extremely shiny and slippery, as are the tiles in the bathroom and shower. An awning over the front door would be beneficial as well."

"Great house perfect for out group of friends for a week. Walk to the beach is a bit steep but practically on your backdoor. The pool was nice and clean, we used that at least once a day. Only downside is that its not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants and its hard to get taxis or ubers on off peak season. Otherwise it was in a nice quiet area we got groceries delivered and made the most of the kitchen"

"Had a great time at Yeppoon. Everything in the property was new and immaculately clean. Could not complain about anything that was there but a few things missing. eg bed lamps, hair dryer, basic kitchen requirements such as salt and pepper/glad wrap. Fantastic view from the top of the hill so would be great to have a high table and stools on the verandah area. Bean bags were great and very comfy but couldn't see out. Location was great, as if you were game to tackle the hill, you could walk to...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The views were magnificent and the house is close to all amenities. The only negatives is that the bedroom walls are paper thin and noises from other parts of the house are very audible. Also having an outdated shower downstairs away from the bedrooms is impractical."
