"This property was exactly as advertised, a beautiful clean home, with a lovely garden. We stayed whilst visiting disneyland, very close to bus stop which takes you there directly. The hosts Eric and Theresa, what can I say, the most kind hearted welcoming people , we arrived late on the friday night , when I awoke on the Saturday morning Eric had gone to the shops and bought bread, butter, milk and Jam and left by the back door, such a lovely thing to do. "This Gite is one of our favorites and it was the second time we’ve stayed there. The owners are lovely and so accommodating. They provide more than you need for a comfortable vacation and true French experience. For all of you history buffs, it’s only one town over from Belleau a huge WWI site (battle of Belleau Bois). It’s so close to Paris however there’s no reason to go there since there’s so much to do in this region alone. You must have a car to enjoy but that’s true of the countryside....

"Very neat old house in the garden of the abbey and next to the house of the property owner. Very warm welcome, great parking spot for the car and walking distance to the local boulangerie and shops. Good location for champagne wine tours. The towns (Essome-sur-Marne as well as Chateau-Thierry) are not as lovely as the small villages on the Montagne de Reims. Great walking routes in the area with lots of WWI and WWII historical sites."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. It is very accessible to Disneyland, we used the shuttle from/to which stops in front of the hotel. It is walkable to a shopping mall and a grocery shop. We stay for 5nights. Kids love the pool. They also have mini gym and sauna and laundry service which is helpful. The staffs were all helpful. Our unit is very good we can see the air balloon in the disney village in the balcony. The wallpaper in the corridor starts peeling off, though there is a sign it is due for...
