In the centre of Rosolina Mare, in a central, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 50 m, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner lives in the same residence.
2-room apartment 35 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, TV and flat screen. 1 large double bedroom. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. No heating option. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.
